No fresh spot trades surfaced on Monday amid several large tenders due to close this week, Reuters reports.
About seven cargoes of Nigerian Qua Iboe were on offer from Total, ExxonMobil, Glencore and Shell. Nigerian Bonga cargoes were being shown at dated Brent plus $1.50 a barrel and Usan was being shown at dated Brent plus 40 cents a barrel. Nigeria’s state firm NNPC is expected to publish a call for bids for 2018 allocations this month.
India’s IOC issued a buy tender for west African crude loading Dec. 9-20. Indonesia’s Pertamina issued a buy tender for January delivery crude cargoes. India’s BPCL issued a buy tender for December and January loading crude. Indonesia’s Pertamina closed a buy tender for the first quarter of 2018.
